We have developed a multi-phase Management Training Program, which culminates in a challenging weeklong, in-house seminar.
Our Field Training Program, as another example, covers Orientation, Sales Floor, Cash Handling, Mic/Concept, Cash Office, Shipping and Receiving, Product Knowledge, Loss Prevention, Reports, Time Management, Interviewing, Coaching and Counseling, Legal Issues and Team Building. Each position has a different set of required courses, but in the spirit of personnel development, any associate is encouraged to take as many non-required courses as they would like.
